  Building is and looks nice, but that is it... Out of 3 elevators always 1 or 2 are broken, a lot of problems with the water pump, which doesn't get fixed properly since 6 month (on average 2 days a week no water, because of "repairs"...), A/C NEVER functions properly and inside and hallways need urgent upgrade. Also internet service in general is unreliable in the area (several outages for hours a month), your best bet is Atlantic broad band though.
